Pipe Flange Gaskets
Prince Panacea® 6962 Special EPDM and PT70-M fluoropolymer-armored gaskets excel in ultra-pure brine, hydrogen gas, and sodium chlorate. High temperature and chemical resistance, as well as long-term sealing ability are all attained with Prince’s unique gaskets.
6962 Special EPDM
6962, due to its unique formulation, including high polymer content and peroxide-cure, grants excellent long-term sealing ability, chemical, and heat resistance. This combination of properties makes 6962 the best performing EPDM available.

PT70-M
- Molded Special EPDM Gasket armored with vulcanized PTFE, for extended service life and purity.
- Gasket stress-saver sealing rings make it easy to seal, with lower bolt torque required than traditional flat-faced gaskets.
- Gasket has a compression lip at each bolt hole and is used as a 150lb. pipe flange gasket; these lips aid in proper bolt positioning and compression. Bolt hole locations are easily altered for DN-sized flange compatibility.
- Almost universal Chemical Resistance and non-contaminating for ultra-pure applications, along with the EPDM memory, giving a long sealing life.
- Excellent memory of the elastomer yields a long sealing life.
- Available sizes: 1/2” – 24” (≈DN15 – ≈DN600)
